Free Trial Kickboxing Classes Now !!!



Kickboxing refers to the sport of kicking and punching; a mixture of western style boxing with various kicking techniques. It is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness or as a full-contact sport. Our kickboxing classes combine Muay Thai boxing techniques of elbow and knee strikes with the practicality of self-defense maneuvers.
At DDFS, our kickboxing classes provide a new and fun way to cardio fitness and complete body conditioning. Classes also teach you basic defense skills. Whether a beginner or experienced, each participant receives progressive instruction so they are consistently challenged.
Many women find kickboxing more appealing as a fitness program. The classes are fun, can be done with little to no equipment, help in self-defense and provide a great way to get complete body conditioning in just one class. We offer Women Only Kickboxing classes are MWF at 5pm and on TTH at 6pm.

Co-ed Kickboxing classes are available MW from 6 pm to 8 pm. Fridays we offer Open Gym from 5 pm to 7 pm. Members can come out, work out and practice their skills.
To maintain the highest level of safety for all our students, participation in our kickboxing classes requires hand wraps and gloves. DDFS has wraps and gloves for those taking our free trial class. Hand wraps and gloves can be purchased directly from Coach Daniels.
