Thursdays from 7-9pm we will begin our Freestyle Wrestling class. The first class will be Thursday, November 12th.
Austen Palmer will be the new Wrestling Coach at DDFS and for Team ECSA, (the Bull City Brawlers). The class focus will be on the fundamentals of wrestling to include handfighting for position, initiating and finishing takedowns (especially leg attacks), lifts, countering leg attacks, scoring from front head lock position, winning scrambles on the mat, etc.
