Instructor: Kathleen Pace
Kathleen has a B.S. in Exercise Science and has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 10 years. She has a certification through Yoga Fit, and has attended numerous yoga intensive trainings. She has studied with Duncan Wong (yogicarts.com) and Sean Corn’s Chakra training. Her local (Durham) inspiration is her friend Satya Tara Streib who is truly poetry in motion. Kathleen is also a certified Pilates instructor. She was trained in mat and reformer through Pole Star Education, the Elizabeth Larkham method. Kathleen is originally from Philadelphia, and now resides with her family in South Durham. Her husband is from England and has lived abroad for almost 20 years working as a Mech. Eng. Her daughter Amelia is 6 yrs old and is the love of their life.

Some things Yoga aspirants should know about me..
I am a very warm caring person. I take care of all my students and help them to develop a yoga practice that is suitable to their level, yet challenging at the same time. I am known for giving excellent adjustments that allows my students to feel the pose correctly and deeply.
I am an expert at balancing all levels in a class setting, and always make beginners feel welcome and let them know that they are a huge asset to my classes!
